OUR SUSTAINABLE CRITERIA
Organic
Organic products or materials that are grown in compliance with organic standards that can include requirements for how the materials are grown (avoiding the use of certain types of chemicals, pesticides, or synthetic fertilizers) or processed.
Environmentally Conscious
Products made with processes or incorporating materials that are made with processes that aim to improve or reduce the impact on the environment by taking into account factors such as water use, emission reduction, energy use, waste reduction, etc.
Recycled
Recycled materials are made by processes that convert consumer waste, such as scraps of fiber or plastic bottles, into reusable material, which in turn can be reprocessed into new products.
Plant Based
Plant-based materials are made with fibers derived from sources such as bark, wood, or cotton, and not from animals.
Upcycled
Repurposing old or vintage materials in such a way that creates a different product.

We partner with factories who have a commitment to responsible production. This means paying workers fairly and doing their best to produce in a way that reduces damage to the environment.
